This paper mainly studies the problem of up and down movement of ball screws. By establishing kinematic and dynamic models, the dynamic characteristics of ball screws in the process of up and down movement are analyzed. At the same time, for common fault situations in practical applications, such as overload and overspeed, the safety performance of ball screws is evaluated, and corresponding solutions are proposed to ensure their reliability and stability in industrial production.
